Who we are

It all started with a goal to help as many people as possible. Vague right? That’s what many said to Movement Culture Founder Coach Jonathan Koo (aka. CoachJKoo or Koozy to his hockey clients).

Jonathan never wavered from his intention to help others in any way he could. If there were questions or challenges he couldn’t answer, he’d always try to point you in the right direction, even if that meant not working with him. With that said, Jonathan believes that Movement is one of the core components to solve the most prevalent issue that athletes and non-athletes deal with on a day-to-day; Pain.

Jonathan and the Movement Culture team are experienced Personal Trainers who specialize in Mobility Training. That means they focus on (1) Joint Health & Injury Mitigation, (2) End Range Strength Training, and (3) Passive Range Expansion (Flexibility).

Movement Culture is synonymous to Jonathan’s Life Goal of helping as many people as possible. Jonathan hopes that the culture of movement lives on and lives strong long after he’s gone.
