April update (apr 1-19)

Hello all, Coach Jonathan Koo here! I’m freshly back from my vacation and I’m rejuvenated to push on for a great Spring and Summer.

In this blog post, I wanted to update everyone on some of the offerings my team and I will be having for the next few weeks and beyond. We’re always taking requests for more offerings and now with our expanding team, we’re actually able to provide more opportunities for you to get started with or continue your mobility journey.

IF YOU DON’T SEE ANYTHING THAT WORKS FOR YOU, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us! We’ll make something for if as best as we can.

Mondays

  • 3:30pm Hockey Goalie Specific Mobility in MARKHAM at Advantage4Athletes (U16 and Above): Link to Book here

    • *All athletes are welcome even if a program is titled “Hockey Goalie Specific”. If you’re a skater, we’ll have a program for you!

  • 9am Strength, Mobility and Conditioning for the Young Working Professional (Currently Ages 23-40)

    • This is a private small group offering that has almost exclusively been for my Friends and Friends of Friends! If you’d like to join in, feel free to email me or message me on Instagram

THAT’S ALL FOR NOW! I’ll have more updates as we go along. If you’re another coach/business who’d like to collaborate this Spring/Summer, we’d be happy to chat and see how we can work together. As you can see in this early April update, my team and I are already collaborating with The Rehab Grid. Come late April, we’ll also have collaborations with Tom Lawson and The Hockey Club, Jared and JMP Performance, and then in the summer, we’ll be back at it with Kerto Training, Armour Goaltending, The Athletes Gym, BodySmith Sports Performance Training, and many others! I’m excited, the Movement Culture team is excited, and I hope you are too!
